**2. Payment and Refunds**
- All transactions are final. Once a monetary transaction has been initiated, the Buyer cannot cancel the purchase or receive a refund, exchange, or credit for the Product.
- It is the Buyer's sole responsibility and obligation to retrieve the Product within 72 hours of purchase. After this period, if the Product remains unclaimed, it will be deemed abandoned.

**3. User Obligations**
By purchasing the Product, you agree to:
- Use the Product in accordance with this Agreement.
- Not distribute, resell, or share the Product with any third parties without prior written consent from the Company.

**4. Intellectual Property**
The Product is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that all rights, title, and interest in the Product remain with the Company.

**5. Limitation of Liability**
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.

**6. Governing Law**
