Mattfig Digital Products License & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Mattfig. This page explains how Mattfig digital products may be used after purchase, along with the refund and delivery policy for digital downloads.
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any Mattfig product, you agree to the terms below.
SECTION 1: Digital Product License
Mattfig products are licensed, not sold. Your purchase gives you a personal license to use the downloaded files, profiles, captures, presets, tone models, sound clones, and related digital content.
This license applies to Mattfig products for platforms including, but not limited to, Kemper, IK Multimedia TONEX, Neural Amp Modeler/NAM, Neural DSP Quad Cortex/Nano Cortex, Line 6 Proxy/Helix/Stadium, Hotone Ampero II, STL ToneHub, and any other supported format.
SECTION 2: What You May Do
You may use Mattfig products in your own music, recordings, performances, productions, videos, demos, livestreams, teaching, worship services, paid sessions, commercial releases, and other creative work.
You may use the tones in songs, albums, videos, client work, live performances, and professional productions without owing Mattfig any additional royalty or fee.
You may make reasonable personal backups of your purchased files for your own use.
SECTION 3: What You May Not Do
You may not share, sell, trade, give away, upload, distribute, post, or otherwise make the original Mattfig files available to others.
You may not include Mattfig files in any free or paid bundle, preset pack, capture pack, profile pack, tone library, archive, cloud folder, forum post, marketplace listing, or file-sharing service.
You may not upload Mattfig products to public or private tone-sharing platforms, including but not limited to Rig Exchange, ToneNET, CustomTone, Cortex Cloud, ToneHunt, forums, Facebook groups, Discord servers, Google Drive folders, Dropbox folders, or similar services.
You may not repackage, rename, modify, convert, clone, sample, reverse engineer, or otherwise use Mattfig products to create competing commercial or free amp profile, capture, clone, model, preset, or tone packs.
You may not use Mattfig files to train, build, test, market, or sell competing tone capture products or machine-learning/audio-modeling products.
You may not claim Mattfig products as your own work.
SECTION 4: One Purchase, One User
Each purchase is for one customer/user only. If multiple people, studios, companies, churches, schools, or production teams need access to the files, each user or organization should purchase their own copy or contact Mattfig for permission.
SECTION 5: Digital Delivery
Mattfig products are digital downloads. After purchase, files are delivered electronically through the store’s download system or by email when necessary.
Please download and safely back up your purchases after checkout. If you have a delivery issue, missing file, broken link, or download problem, contact Mattfig and reasonable help will be provided.
SECTION 6: Refund Policy
Because Mattfig products are digital files that cannot be physically returned, all digital product sales are generally final.
Refunds are not normally provided for buyer’s remorse, accidental duplicate purchases, platform incompatibility that was described on the product page, or failure to read the product description before purchase.
However, Mattfig wants customers to be treated fairly. If there is a genuine technical problem with a file, missing download, incorrect product delivery, duplicate order, or other clear issue, contact Mattfig and the problem will be reviewed.
Mattfig may, at its discretion, provide a corrected file, replacement download, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
SECTION 7: Compatibility
Mattfig products are made for the platform or format listed in each product description. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure they own the required hardware, software, app, plugin, firmware, or compatible device before purchasing.
Mattfig cannot guarantee compatibility with unsupported platforms, unauthorized conversions, outdated software, modified devices, or future changes made by third-party manufacturers.
SECTION 8: Updates
Some products may receive updates, revisions, corrections, or format improvements. Updates are provided at Mattfig’s discretion and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated on the product page or in a public Mattfig announcement.
SECTION 9: Third-Party Names and Trademarks
Any amp, cabinet, pedal, software, hardware, artist, manufacturer, or platform names mentioned by Mattfig are used to describe compatibility, inspiration, source equipment, or product format.
Mattfig products may be compatible with or created for third-party platforms including Kemper, IK Multimedia TONEX, Neural DSP, Neural Amp Modeler, Line 6, Hotone, STL ToneHub, and others.
Unless specifically stated on a product page, announcement, or official Mattfig communication, Mattfig products should not be understood as being officially endorsed by, sponsored by, or included with any third-party brand or manufacturer.
Mattfig has professional connections within the music gear and modeling industry, including with IK Multimedia where applicable. Any specific official partnership, collaboration, factory inclusion, endorsement, or authorized relationship will be stated clearly when it applies.
All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
SECTION 10: Intellectual Property
All Mattfig product files, artwork, descriptions, product names, organization, demos, written content, and related digital materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the Mattfig files or brand materials. It only grants the license described on this page.
SECTION 11: Abuse, Piracy, and License Violations
Mattfig reserves the right to revoke access, cancel future support, refuse future sales, or take appropriate action if a customer shares, resells, uploads, distributes, pirates, or misuses Mattfig products.
